Refund policy
1) Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges of unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
2) Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unopened and unused

In original packaging

In resalable condition (no damage, missing parts, labels removed, or excessive wear)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3) Free Returns vs. Standard Returns
A) Free Returns (Eligible Items Only)
Products eligible for free returns are identified on the product page by the “Hassle Free Returns” icon.
For eligible items returned within 30 days:

Return shipping is covered by Safe Pro Gear

LTL freight shipments are not eligible for the free returns program
B) Standard Returns (All Other Items)
Products that do not display the “Hassle Free Returns” icon follow our standard return policy:

Returns accepted within 30 days (unopened items only)

A 15% restocking fee applies (restocking fees may vary by product/manufacturer)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, shipping damage confirmed, etc.)
4) Non-Returnable / Exceptions
The following items may be non-returnable:

Gas monitors and cylinders (non-returnable / non-refundable)

Made-to-order or customized products (may not qualify for return)

Any item returned opened, used, or not in resalable condition

5) How to Request a Return / Exchange
To start a return or exchange, email us at support@safeprogear.com with the following:

Order number

Picture of the packing slip

Case information (reason for return/exchange, item(s), quantity, and any issue details)
Once your request is reviewed, we will open a case and, upon approval, send return instructions (including the return address and any label details, if applicable).
6) Return Shipping & Responsibility

Please do not send items back without approval, as returns received without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.

If a return is the result of an error on our behalf, we will work with you on the appropriate solution.
7) Refund Processing Times
After your return is delivered back to us, refund timing typically follows:

Transit back to us: 1–5 business days (varies by carrier)

Return inspection/processing: 2–3 business days after delivery

Bank processing: 1–2 business days (varies by bank)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8) Exchanges
If you want an exchange, include the replacement item details (model/size/color/qty) in your email request. Exchanges are processed once the return is approved and/or received, depending on the situation and product availability.
9) Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email support@safeprogear.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If an order has already shipped or is in fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will follow the return process instead.
